Wireless laser printers

    I'm currently in a buying frenzy as everything seems to be breaking at the same time :)

    We had an old HP inkjet that was hooked up to Teen Snook's PC and I could go through the network to print to it. Now I'm thinking about getting a wireless laser. I don't need a multifunction thing as I already have a scanner and don't need to fax.

    I'm currently looking at this, but I figured I would ask around and see if anybody had any ideas.

    When it comes to laser printers, Dell is almost always in the the top 5. There are 2 Dell printers in PCW's color laser printer rankings.

    Their top pick is the Dell 5130cdn, it's "wireless ready"...meaning you have to drop another $140 for their wireless adapter.

    Going with a wireless laser might not be worth the extra $$$. Your best bet is to either keep the new printer hooked you to Jr.'s computer, or hook it up directly to your router (if it supports it).

    @Snook, here's the link for the B&W laser printers.

    Once again, two pirinters in the top 5 are Dell. Their top B&W pick is a Lexmark...but I've always had issues with Lexmark, they always seem to break, leak, or be DOA. :nolike:
