    How does this company get away with only hiring female coders, nude or otherwise? Aren't there any discrimination issues here? If a man can write code as well as a female, or even better, why wouldn't he get the job?

    This Chris Taylor fellow clearly just wants to gawk at T&A while he's at the office, and he even admits that. Yeah, seems like there would be legal issues here.

    I don't believe my eyes here. And yeah - I'd say it's discriminatory... I'm shocked he has any employees. It looks like (based on the picture) that it's not just ANY woman who can work there either. It also looks like the ideal candidate would be under 30, slim, and have a large erm..... looking for the word that will pass the word censor... rack.

    Look at that big boat of a monitor naked lady number 2 is using, and that old school keyboard being used by naked lady number 1. Was that picture taken 8 years ago, or is outdated hardware another area where this company skimps out?

    And maybe things work differently in the UK, but that is NOT what your average female code jockey looks like in the US.

    I'm pretty sure they don't look like that in the UK either. I believe the general term for British people lying on the beach in the Mediterranean is 'beached whale'.

    That picture does look ancient... ancient mobile on the desk, ancient monitors, ancient keyboards... heck, the website looks 1999 as well.

    The only somewhat modern thing are the tramp stamps on both coders. A job requirement, I suppose.... :shake:

    I noticed those too. I wouldn't be surprised if those girls were "aspiring dancers" hired on for the photo, and not actual employees of the company.

    Here's an extra dose of reality:

    Doesn't seem like being a nudist coder would be pleasant all the time-- like after those greasy tacos you had for lunch force you to run to the restroom... with the runs... and you spend the rest of your day "soiling" seat covers. A woman having to walk around with a pad on under her panties... come on. That's pretty humiliating if you ask me.

    Yeah, the website sells the nudity part pretty well, but doesn't say much about their technical prowess. Outdated hardware. Simple, outdated web designs. And nipples. That's seems to be what they have to offer.

    I read somewhere that they have lots of males volunteering to help them out. I guess they are guys who couldn't land a job there, but otherwise were still looking for a nice view.

    So I guess the free labor pool is a positive side effect here.
