BG Heart of Fury - ??

    I've downloaded and installed just about all the options from this site (love the multiple stacking in BG, by the way).

    I don't know how to get Heart of Fury mode. There's something about 'installing scripts', but that's much help. Could someone provdie me with a step-by-step for installing the HoF mode for BG?

    Oh, and by the way, the site for downloading the new items is missing.

    You may need some TeamBG tools (IEE or something) to install the .iap files.

    Well, thanks Mystra, but I'm pretty casual and that looked like more than a simple download and file extraction so I guess I'll pass. Unless there are good step by step instructions somewhere I don't have enough knowledge to recover from my own mistakes. I've learned the hardway, so when I see stuff like this I just pass.

    Too bad, a HoF mode is just what BGI needs for me to ever want to go back to it again.

    I'm not sure what your problem is, but the HoF mode mod comes with an installer - all you need to do is unpack everything in the zip and run the exe.

    What the mod does is listed in the readme.

    You can't screw it up, because if you do...BAM! Re-install.

    Personally I've never used the HoF mod for BG1, that's why I couldn't give any step by step instructions.

    If it indeed does have .iap and/or .tbg files, then you'll need that file installer I mentioned above. To get that, go here: http://www.teambg.com/download.php?get=IEES_v103Build14

    It's 1.95 megabytes.

    You are now the proud owner of a free mass installer. (Just click the .exe file after unzipping it and you can install it like any other app.)

    If someone can tell me whether HoF mod has this type of file, then I can definetly tell you how to install, but until I know what kind of install it is, I'm in the dark.
