So I'm Grovflab. I reside in a small nation named Denmark, and no, it is not the capitol of Sweden!

My all time favorite waste of timer's are: civilization I+II, Panzer General and Fallout 2.

My preferences are RPG's and FPS's.

I'm 20 and I go to college in North Carolina and am getting a degree in business. My friend recommended Baldur's Gate to me and showed me this site. But he's a punk and doesn't post at this site.
Lord Bane...old Sierra adventures...Lol I remember Robin Hood. The first computer game I ever played was King's Quest VI. I love Star Wars and like some but not all of the games that have been made for it. Dark Forces, Jedi Knight, Mysteries of the Sith, and Rogue Squadron are my favorites. Other favorite games are Smash Brothers, Ocarina of Time, and Majora's Mask for the N-64.
The same friend who introduced me to Baldur's Gate, lent me his DragonLance books back in high school and introduced me to those. I even played PnP a few times with him as a DM so I know a little about that. Another friend of mine has let me borrow her Harry Potter books so I'm reading those too. My favorite sport is soccer and I want to start horseback riding. Catch you later yo!

Hey all. I registered on these Boards in October, but didn't pst very regularly. I won't mention how incredibly boring and shitty my hometown in the UK is, I'll just tell you that you NEVER want to go there . I'm 16, and thoroughly enjoying shitting myself about the upcoming GCSEs.

Love: Reading books (mainly sci-fi and fantasy), listening to music, playing the guitar, my girlfriend, alcohol, pot, snowboarding, erm ....sleep.

Hate: My computer, pop/dance music, scally twats ('scuse my French), crappy chain mails, authority ('specially crappy mods ), school, school work, school teachers, school food, school assemblies (I could go on, but I'll stop).

Fav Char: Probably a fighter/thief or just plain fighter.

Fav Games: BG2, Soul Calibur, erm.....life.

I'm Big Green Priest, named for my large, green half-orc priest from my first time through BG2.

It took me almost 6 months to get through the game, about 70 days game time, so I am not quite as dedicated as some of you. Or as young.

I'm 34, I write for and edit a theological magazine with enough readers to make you nervous when you write and am a church musician. I'm married with two cute kids. Whenever I pick up the laptop, Bethany says, "Are you playing the game? Can I watch?"

I'm in Orlando. The weather is nice, but I'd love to visit you folks in Europe.

Games I've liked: Mechwarrior 2, XCOM, Blizzard games in general, and of course, BG2.

I read books a lot more than I play, but mostly non-fiction.

I'm playing through the game again to do the things I missed and experiment with different characters. I'm using 4 characters, a sorcerer and an assass. thief dual fighter as two of them.

I'm from Lancashire in the UK, am doing the brand spanking new AS levels (mmmmm don't ya justy love it when the government makes more work for us, just to increase statistics?).

I'm Igneous and was searching for info on these boards about the recently acquired planescape Torment and Bg2.

When I discovered the forum section and read some posts, I decided to register immediately and post some stuff. Of all the forums and Boards I have been to, these are the best, the cleanest, the most mature, the... well, you get the message.

In real life I'm 19, and I live in a little town near Amsterdam, Holland and am still in highschool. I failed a class because of a serious Diablo 1 and 2 addiction, and failed another class because of my ever lasting lazyness.

When I can tear myself from behind the computer I like to rollerblade long distances on hockey blades I practice the art of Pencak Silat, an Indonesian Martial Art, and I'm hoping to join a kickbox class after I left home (My parents forbid me to do it, because of possible brain damage, which I declared nonsence, but they won't listen...)

My RPG interest began with the purchase of Fallout and since then I bought and played a lot of those games. My favourites: Fallout 1+2, Diablo 1+2, Planescape, Baldur's Gate 1+2.

Beside RPG's I like System shock 2, the clasics like Wolfenstein, Blake Stone and Doom. I played Command and Conquer, Red Alert 1+2, Tiberian Sun and Warcraft Series.

Mathetais, I've been wondering where on earth you picked up ancient greek from? I think you had mentioned something about a subject in college or something but why would someone pick that? Here, it's obligatory btw and every single soul hates it. Most of the souls at least...

I took Koine Greek - New Testament, not Homer (I couldn't read the Illiad in ancient Greek if my life depeneded on it! )

My Majors in College were Theology & Political Science, with a minor in Greek. I took it so that I could understand the New Testament better. So much gets lost in the translation! When I enrolled in seminary for my Master of Divinity, I took 3 more Greek courses, the last of which had me reading politicians and secular scholars from the 2nd & 3rd Centuries AD.

It was honestly fun, and I've been able to keep up with it since then (especially with the help of some good computer programs!)
