[IMG] Anyone seen Lord of the rings? He was at my party and stole a pink marking ring I got from a Kellogs pack, then ran out of the door.

  3. Geez! I go away from the boards for 5 days and I've seen so much spamming it almost makes me sick!

Btw, I saw Lord of the Rings while shopping this morning...

Got stuck next to a family on a train about a week ago... overheard this. (it helps if you imagine this being read in a cockney accent)

"Free rings fer the eleven kings under the sky
Seven fer the dwarf lords in their 'alls of stone
Nine rings for mortal men doomed to die
One ring for the dark lords on his dark frone
In the land of Mordor where the shadders lie
One ring to rule them all, one ring to find 'em
One ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind 'em
In the land of Mordor where the shadders lie."

No typos, those are just pronunciation aids.
Reading from the back of a toy box, to a 5 year old, who no doubt could have done a better job of it!
    Oh well...:heh:

Free rings? D'oh, only for eleven kings under the sky. To bad I am not one of the eleven kings under the sky. The One ring would look good one me, though.

Dont ever ever drink with danish girls! First thing they dont understand swedish. I had to speak english with the lasses, they mocked me becauase they thought that I sounded like a german when I spoke english :(

Second the stupid girls wont drink! So when I am drunk as hell they are still sober...

Just stay away from danish girls, I didnt even get to kiss one of them :(

Joacqin- Try some viagra :D Works wonders (That's for the girls, not you)

Try this on for size; we had a two hour time slot for an exam, I'm sitting there patiently expecting my maths exam to come along, all of a sudden my two hour maths examd and two hour ICT exam land on my desk at the same time! The teacher just says to me "There was a muck-up Daniel, you have to do both now or forfeit one." And then walked off.

I had no choice! I had to do two exams in one slot! Not fair, with absolutely no warning! And the damned ICT exam wasn't meant to be for another week!

Sucks like hell. Got them both finished though with 45 minutes to spare :D That was after checking :D I was the only one that had to do it as well :D

    Try this:
Put it into the girl's mouth and apply pressure on her nose with your thumb and index finger when the liquid enters her mouth to force her to swallow. "It" being the bottle, of course. :p

I will say it even better: Never drink in Denmark! 1 beer costs half of the weekly payments you get :) It's toooooooo expensive.

Compared to Sweden so is beer very cheap in Denmark. That might have been the problem, too much beer :D
But I had a nice time.

[IMG] It's got nothing to do with UBB. It's due to the dozens of custom hacks installed on this board, and to the fact that it's a pretty old version of the software. Anyway, any fan forum with topics over 1000 replies long seriously needs some good moderators to clean up all the spammers. Or better yet, a chatroom, to keep the crap confined there.

I thought our chatroom was nothing but wholesome, edifying conversation.

At least until that Elminster guy starts talking about the dwarf's name.

Tal, I have to note that at theForce.net, several message boards have several threads of 1000+ messages, despite the fact that the boards are pretty well-moderated.

[IMG] I said FAN forums... A Star Wars forum is out of that league by default. I have yet to see a SW forum or site that could be described as anything but huge in size. There are simply way too many fanatical SW fans. :D

I was thinking of forums related to ours. theForce.net is owned by IGN, and that means it's a commercial site, not a fan site. Unlike us, they get paid for what they do. (Of course you can support us too... The details are on the bottom of every page of the forums.)

why do we need to get such a large topic? this is the only topic that possibly could reach so many replies but why? After 500 replies, just delete this post and make a new one :) You can always find the previous ones when you search for it.... Maybe it's a good idea to give this random babbling-topics the same name so a year later we reply in Random Babbling-topic Part 7 and when that one is full we go to Part 8.....

Ramses: well Denmark is less expensive then Sweden but the numbers here don't lie:

    Denmark DKK 12 $3.00 Tuborg

    Netherlands fl. 3,00 $ 1,60 Grolsch
Netherlands 1.69 guilders 0.50/ Netherlands Hfl. 2.75 US$ 1.40 Dommelsch (only Jupiler (Belgium) is better!)
    Netherlands fl. 6.99 per 12 $ 2.95 Bavaria

The dutch prizes except for the Bavaria are the PUB-prizes. 0,33 cl Grolsch or Heineken is in a supermarket 40 dollarcent.... (and that is much better beer then Carlsberg of Tuborg (sorry Ex ;))
