    I bought Deus Ex in last august. Ive never really play, since I bought BG2 not long after. So now, I restart seriously to play this game. i-t i-s a-w-e-s-o-m-e. First time i tried it, I was a bit disappointed but now, I cant wait to continue my game.

    The story is really good, the guns are cool, my caracter is v-e-r-y cool.

    Anybody else??

    Yeah, Its about what I did the first time. Then I stop, I was not impressed at all. But yesterday, I played the whole day. Now, i'm in for good.

    Deus Ex is a GREAT game. JFYI - The beta testers for the game were very upset with the programmers after playing the first time. This was because the programmers had never had to worry about peaceful interaction in any of their games before. As soon as a character (who could be hostile) was encountered, that character attacked.

    Some of the models are rather...extraordinary as well. ;)

    Iv been lookin' to buy this game for ages but haven't read a decent review that does it any justice. Is it any good? How does it compare to Half Life?

    Oh and by the Way....


    ...if you like Half Life you MUST buy GUNMAN CHRONICLES...

    Buy it Great Annihilator.

    It's the best FPS out there.
    The graphics are perfect and the gameplay is the best. The game allows you to do the mission your way. If you want to kill someone you can. If you want to sneak aroud you can. It has so many diffent ways to complete any one mission that it just has to be replayed again and again.

    Although Project IGI might be the game said to be the best FPS don't believe it Deus Ex lives on.

    Hey Ferg...

    ...sounds alot like PD on the N64(although some of PD's lvls are a little liner in the way you have to complete them.)

    I also hear that P:IGI's AI is a bit naff. I usually go for games where the AI is challenging and unexpected(like the guards in PD or Klingon Honor Guard(which is also a very cool FPS but is just TOO HARD!!!!) or the aliens of Half Life.

    I just scuttled the superfreighter, and i just landed in Paris. Wow. The story is very very addictive.
