I read somewhere that you can download the avatars off Planescape:Torment to play on BG2, but I can't remember where I saw it. Does anyone know where you can get this download, and if they do, could you please post a link to it?

If you have PS:T you can extract them from the game using winBiff or some such. Then you can place them within you Portrait folder (note, though, that you might have to re-scale them so they fit the requirements of BG2... This way you can basically add any portrait to BG2 (even one of yourself should you wish to)...

You can also find an IWD based pack of PS:T portraits here, which you could easily re-do (if needed) to fit into BG2.

The answer is "yes". You can get almost any portrait into BG2 as long as the portrait itself is re-scaled to fit the requirement(s) of BG2.

If you were talking about the ingame character sprites, then I believe yes someone once did some of those. I don't recall where, though.

A difficulty is that Ps:T's animations need resizing (I think they are a third bigger than the other IE games) and have a different number of frames, so you had to flip and duplicate some.
