I experienced this totally hilarious situation yesterday that really made me burst with laughing:
I was fiddling with the Deck of Many Things that Aesgareth's smoldering corpse kindly handed over to me after I gave him a good spanking.
I drew the card "Magician" that turned me into a little cute white rabbit.
Curious to see if this effect was permanent or would wear off, I decided to take a rest.
And guess what: Aerie, with whom I am having a romance, picked just this opportunity to open herself and talk with me, now little white rabbit, about her warm feelings towards me!
After the other party members had gone to sleep, she asked me if we could "snuggle in" together.
So THIS is what has been lacking in our relationship all this time: me being a little cute white rabbit!
It was a VERY interresting night spent as a rabbit "snuggling in" with Aerie...
Unfortunately the effect wore off during the night, so now Aerie is as cold to me as ever before...

I really appreciate this board. It has a good order and interresting discussions.
I have been reading it for some time now, but so far I haven't written anythin.
But this was so extremely hilarious, that I felt that I just had to share it!

Deck of many things? Ooh, Dont beleive ive come across that, is that in ToB? Where can I find this?

 

In the watcher's keep, there is a cambion at the end of the maze level that holds it.
You can play the game with him and later kill him to get the deck.

 

You don't have to kill the cambion -- if you "lose" the draw (which seems to be random), he takes your sceptre of radiance and leaves, and, in leaving gives it back to you along with the gem. Only if you "win" does he fight you. Hmm.

I never have messed with the deck of many things -- I just sell it.

But I have to say, though I was not turned into a rabbit, I was turned into a woman by selecting the ready-made mage instead of importing my SoA character into ToB, and Viconia likes me even better now.

I hope that those here with limited experience of women do not think the female BG characters are representative...

 

Cool! BTW Taluntain, your avatar is really anoying, i don't know why but everytime I look at it fast it appears to me as a angel from heroes 3, kind of....BUt when I look a second or so its the real picture...
It isn't ment that why eh? Cuz its a pic from NWN right??

I have my own white Bunny, It's not nice and it's huge and totaly evil, and it's called Snowy.

I wish that the deck of many things existed in real life, Snowy really could do with a transformation...

I definatly know what I'm gonna do when I start a romance with Aerie...

Oh, wow - I must remember not to summon that horde to overrun my enemies when I have Aerie in my party.

 

I don't think Aerie is fussed about what happens, she even slept with Korgan! honestly, you be all nice to Aerie and she goes off with a dwarf or is nice only when our a rabbit! I always thought she was a bit wierd...

 

My sweet little aerie was just killed by firekraag (utterly destroyed), but I don't mind, her vulnarability was annoying me.
