Ok--I had to say it.. I HATE CHAN!!! I was so tired of summoning this bastard and having him cast globe of blades--dealing out massive damage to any part members near him.

give me the earth or fire prince any day of the week..

also, off my own subject, what is with the ravager, demogorgon and melissan being able to ignore my timestops!!!! this is a ninth level spell for heaven's sake!!!!

[IMG] Well dont summon him I suppose, try a different tactic. Why the big bosses are immune to timestop well they would not be much of a challenge to a high level party if you could use it on them

Well, Chan can actually be useful sometimes... Lets say you got loads of enemies, just place him in the middle of them.. he is actualy quite powerful if you know how to use him..

but if you have only one powerful enemy, then make him attack from say, behind the guy while all your other characters and summoned creatures attack from front, away from his blades....

[Pay attention to the words written in the above posts; Chan is obviously an elemental prince that you can summon... BTA]

Chan is the elemental prince of Air. I don't like him either. Earth prince is my favourite.

Ugh, you like to know where to find things in ToB don't you DemoGorgon!
You cast Summon Elemental (cleric spell) or Summon Elemntal Prince (Druid spell) and there is a chance of getting him on your team for the duration of the spell or until he dies.

I like him. In a big battle, Isend him right to the end and have him work his way back to me.... Basically, do what Lord Praetor Munir says.

You also find Chan in the "Throne room" where you fight Melissan.

    Demogorgon,
If you read the original post, you would know that Chan is summoned.

But you really don't want to know the answer to your question, you just want to boost your post count. Most of your posts are like this.

    Pathetic.

Well... Then I can say that you're writing this post to boost your post count too. Nobody says that that the posts have to be long.

It is not about the length of the post.

It is the asking of questions that are answered in the post that Demo is supposed to be answering. If Demo read the original post, then he would not have asked the two questions that he asked. BTA even pointed this out to him and he did it again.

It is either laziness or pumping the post count. I believe that it is the second.

As far as my posts, do a search on both Demo and me and you will see the difference.

Who needs the post count anyway? O don't think the point of anybody's life is to become a "high level creature" and get more than a 1000 posts.

All right; no need to debate this here. The topic of this thread is about Chan, not DemoGorgon's lack of posting etiquette.

One question, that slightly pertains to the Subject, i thought that this game pertains to Forgotton Realms lore, if so then the name of the Elemental Prince Of Earth should be Enoch or his twin brother. Also i like earth elemtal prince the best exept that he is so big that he cant pass through doorways, which can get really annoying

Entemoch, the good. And Orgemoch, his evil twin. You fight Ogremoch in Sendai's Enclave.
I suppose the one you summon is nuetral, as it fights for good or evil parties, and is generally dummoned by a TN character.
