[IMG] With the implementation of Wathcer's Keep available as early as chapter 2, it's possible (for those going back and playing BG2 followed by ToB) to get some good items early on. Watcher's Keep Level 1 has two great items for mages, items that could affect strategy especially for a solo mage/sorcerer type game. Mainly I'm thinking about the golem manual and the crimson dart +3. Anyone one else planning on soloing BG2 and ToB, better yet planning on one with a mage/sorcerer or even bards? I might try it someday. Those two items aren't hard to get and could really help out, especially in a solo game and especially in the beginning.

Interesting, if you don't mind could you tell us what spells your sorcerer had for each level?

and Drizzt... can you tell us which quests encounters you skipped? coz it is my belief that if you use certain classes or NPCs, some fights become almost impossible, and maybe it is, did u skip demogorgon?

[IMG] To me it seems like Wizards practically stop improving at around level 22.

    - They have several level 9 spells.
    - Their high level abilities are few and only a couple - Summon Planetar and Improved Alacrity - look worthwhile.

How does this affect the old Fighter-9 and dual to Mage choice? I assume you play with max four characters (protagonist + 3 NPC's) in the party so you get fast level advancement.
