The room behind Lysara one of the High Priestress remain lock, wathever I do?

 

You mean the room with three doors at the north wall, I guess.
You have to use the dais, which is palced at the center of the room where you met Lysara, to open those doors. Click on one of the doors and you will get a message like "L-North,R-North".
Now let one of your characters stand on the "left" side of the dais. Then turn it until it faces "North". After stand on the "right" side of dais and turn it until it faces "North" again.

 

You can also enter that room directly from outside the temple and the doors will open automatically the next time a ritual is performed. Note if you do this make sure that none of your characters are wounded or the Abishai inside the room will immediately attack them (if you kill the Abishai then you can't get the quest xp for helping them). Another downside to entering the temple this way is that when the doors open you pretty much have to fight Lysara and all her guards, plus all the others guards between the dais chamber and the entrance come running to join the fray. ***If you have not found the secret entrance into the temple, check the corridor that runs up the side of the temple right pass where the cult of dragon necromancers were camped.

If you use the secret entrance to enter the temple, you will still need to use the dais to open some locks and to disarm the anti-magic field around the prison.

 

Nice was to get a little xp: Fisrt talk to Xaan and then enter the room. Make sure you're wounded Surprisingly, I was attacked immediately. In a clear action of self defence I was able to kill any Abishai there - except Xaan for 400xp each, while still getting full reward for freeing him ahem

 

So, your party was an evil one, I guess.
