I've started a new game and is the drow Fighter(4)/Barbarian(x) viable for endgame?

I'm not sure what you mean but if you mean if a Drow F/Barbarian is good enough then it's not really something I'd go with because you'll get a multiclassing penilty if you don't have a level in the favored class and I'm sure you don't want a multiclass penilty with a drow elf.

But if you don't care about any old multiclassing penilies then you should go with it.

If I misunderstood you whoops sorry.

A drow Fighter / Barbarian would be a powerful character if it wasn't for the multiclassing penalty. If you are planning to negate that by using mules or level squatting then it would end up being a mighty warrior indeed.

Ahh yes, sorry for the confusion. I'm currently running a 4 character group, and the idea of a drow fighter/barb just popped into my head when I made a party. Everythings going along swimmingly :) ...But yeah, the exp penalty sucks lol.
