What are you afraid of/hate ?

Tell what you are afraid of or something that you hate.

I hate, actualy loath, bugs of all kinds, especially the flying ones.They are so nasty and disgusting I want to kill them all.

I am also pretty sure that they will be the doom of mankind, since they are stronger than us (in equality to their size) and they outnumber us in great amounts. If these bugs gets bigger and intelligent, they will pose a great threat to us. Therefor, we must kill them all.


Only bugs I like is ants and Im neutral against bumblebees.

 

I have Agoraphobia, so I don't like huge open spaces or crowds and I hate being out of places I know are safe and get nervous if I'm away too long. Which is probably why I'm in the IT room at school so much

I also have a sever phobia of blood, needles, surgical equipment and the like. Even talking about it makes me feel ill. It's okay seeing blood in games and films, as it is obviously fake. but in RL it is just horrible in every sense of the word.

I like just about every animal - but ants and flies I hate. I don't like it when people torture or kill animals simply for fun or to annoy me. I can't stand it when people discriminate about disability or race. But that's probably because I've now started thinking in game terms and the differences between race isn't colour - it's species

I don't like electricity much either, thinking about it, I mean, it jumps. So if I have to pull a plug out I have to turn off the power - or if it has to stay on - I have to look away

I know how stupid all my fears are but I can't help it, every time I have to confront my phobia it gets worse. I can't help it, nobody else can do anything about it either. Maybe time will help - I don't know.

 

Dentists.

 

Diseases. I'm not afraid of bacteria or anything so I wouldn't dare touch anything outside my home. Just the actual diseases. Cancer, BST, Alzheimer's, etc. I hate em. Every time I hear someone has one of those, my stomach churns.

Oh, and I'm afraid of heights. That one can be overriden by taking an "I will die today so who gives a crud" attitude. But wether I can take the attitude or not depends widely on the circumstances. If not, I can't do crap from above 5 meter heights, if I see the ground from there.

 

I hate nothing/no one, but I sometimes fear Arachnids, as they are foul deviants to the Spider Queen, and therefore must be left alone. Their appearance amplifies that very thought.

Be afraid, be very very afraid... And scared too!

 

Moths. I cannot stand moths. Especially in my room at night, because the moment I turn off the light they make a bee-line for my face. More than once I have been woken up in the night by a moth crawling around on my face. Now, if I see a moth in my room at night, I spray it with deodourant, and hope it doesn't land on me when it finally dies of poisoning.

 

I hate all sorts of insects, have vertigo, slightly claustrophobic, hate going out, hate Elves, dentists, typical "men", and just about everything else you can think of.

 

Well I hate the Swedish icehockey team for various reasons and the thing I fear most is that they would beat us in the World Cup of hockey.

Seriously though I don't fear anything special, death is allways one thing, both the death of myself (especially a painful death) and the death of those close to me terrify me. I have no trouble with insects, snakes, spiders etc. One might say though that I'm afraid of fungus (the kind that grows in your feet and stuff) because I avoid public showers and swimmingpools.

 

Spiders, they freak me out. If they looked like bunny rabbits I would have no problem with them but they look very scary to me but I don't hate them.

 

I loathe Spiders, heights, and standing in lines.

So guess that means you would never see me standing in line waiting to climb a ladder to kill a spider.

 

Werewolves! Particually drow-werewolves! It nearly killed half our party!

 

Leeches -nothing like seeing a wriggling, white worm in your next meal, just waiting to get burrowed in. Then it has to be fished out one way or another. Perhaps this is why small bugs give me the creeps nowdays. As a kid, however, nothing was more fun than squish a bug or two between your fingers.

 

I guess the thing I fear the most would be "falling in love" I fear it more than death. Your probably wondering why.. Well truth is Love can drive a person to do some messed up things sometimes, I don't really know but ive seen people spill their guts out for "love" and then when the love is gone they want to commit suicide or something like that. I guess I just want to avoid all that.

 

The only thing I'm really afraid of is heights. I can get panic if there's only two-three metres down.

I hate big cities. Some wouldn't even call the Norwegian capital and the biggest "city" in Norway, Oslo, a city (it has about 550.000 inhabitants), and I'm not feeling comfortable being there. I've been to London, and it was a horrible place. The town closest to me has about 40.000 inhabitants, and I feel much better there even though I like it best at home on the farm.

 

Im afraid of being alone..and i hate people who think they are better than others because of the way they dress *cough cough preps cough cough*

 

I hate the Dundonian accent: its like having a chisel hammered into your eardrums.

 

Afraid of: Insects. Anything other than flies, mosquitoes and ants.

Hate: People in general. SPers excepted.

 

I panic at the sight of needles, and dislike most animals smaller than me, and really loathe little doggies - everytime I see one I just went to tap-dance on it until I hear it's spine snap and it's brains are spilling.
For the rest, I can get nervous high off the ground, and am uncomfortable in crowds, but not truly fearful (spelling?).
Furthermore, I fear and hate Deathmage and hate NaeVa' for hitting on Occy, thus committing copyright infringement.

Heights. Heights when the balcony's railing is low (I'm 195 cm or 6'5'' tall, so low railings have a bad effect on me).

A similar reaction is caused in me by sucky spelling and grammar, very bad punctuation, misuse of punctuation marks and the like. For instance, I won't talk to people who speak too fast, too loudly etc. Nor will I talk online to people who have a habit of ending all or most of their sentence in a question mark. Use of question mark when the sentence doesn't warrant it destroys any chat girl's chance with me even faster than abuse of exclamation marks, which actually means instantly.

I also expect correct sentences in spoken language or I won't bother talking to a person. When I want to make an exception, I have to force myself.

I hate English words (or phrases) supplanting common words in non-English languages. I have a habit of replying in English when I hear something like that. Same for French. Well, except when someone uses an idiomatic phrase, a proverb, a motto or similar and the situation warrants it.

Loud behaviour, slang when it goes against the rules of a language (non-existent words, improper grammar, strange syntax and the like), public groping and letting out orgasmic sounds, those things make me feel bad and sometimes just sick. Same to perverted porn. I always ask my friends to switch off any lesbian porn, animal fun and the like. Makes me sick. How can one get excited over that?

I also hate it when people are feeling particularly more important than they really are and they're showing it. I'm very short with that and it isn't exactly pleasure for either party.
