    Go to the Docks District and enter the locked and trapped door to the house next to Mae'Var's guild house. There should be Minotaurs inside. Go down those stairs inside.

    hmmmm i did all that and wound up fighting the lich but ummm when i kill him the screen just freezes and my peeps are left fightin without me guiding them and thats it eventually he apparently dies(the head quits floating anyway and falls down)but control is never returned to me any input? i appreciate it all.

    You are losing control of the screen because Kangaxx has used an imprisonment spell on you. If your lead character is inprisioned then thats it game over.

    I suggest you use the search link at the top of the page and type in Kangaxx, you will find a good few threads on the subject and some proven methods of despatching him.

    my guy has been imprisioned before but the game didnt end till every one was dead and i was still imprisoned
