Ring of Gaxx (sp?)

    [​IMG] I am just wondering if I encounter this ring via normal game play or is the ring stashed in some hard to find location. It sounds very powerful and it seems to be a "must have" item.

    Please do not reply with a spoiler, just let me know if there is something unusual I have to do to get it, or weather I will encounter it during normal gameplay.

    You get it from going on a quest and completing this said quest while in the city of Athkatla.

    As long as you dig deep enough within the city, you should come face to face with this quest and be on your way to attaining it.

    That's the best I can do without spoiling it for you.

    I have the daystar and love it. My ranger dual wields it with flametounge on undead types.

    Daystar gives 1072 damage only on an unsuccessful save by the target, I don't know whether it will work on Kangaxx's final form, and you have to face a lich to get it...

    Plus you can only use it once a day, so you're out of luck with both Kangaxx's original and final form...
