    When I created a Drow Wizard, I got 2 feats at Level 1. Is the 2nd feat given due to ECL=3 (normally 3rd level gets another feat)?
    If this is true, ECL affects not just XP needed to gain level, but also feat progression.

    Wizards get a bonus feat at level 1.

    Fighters too. So a human fighter or wizard will get 3 feats at lvl1!

    Lol install the Feats/Skills mod and you'll receive a minimum of TWO feats per level if you feel like going overboard :D Very cheesy mind you.
