    Hey guys,
I get the "Installer stuck at 95% and asking for CD1" error and I searched my config.sys and autoexec.bat files for
"devicehigh=C:bad:cdrom\taisatap.sys /d:cd1" or similar lines but they are not there.

Does ne1 know how I can find out and change my cdrom device names if those lines are not present? Is there a utility or something?

    Thanx for the help.

    Flack

I really hope that you've bought the game, 'cause if you have, just get a new copy from the store. Otherwise, suit yerself.

You mean the only way to fix this problem is to buy a new game?

Of course you won't buy another game.

Look, try to make minimum install and then post what happens. If you manage to make it successfully, then I'll post how to "fake" recommended or full install out of minimum.

One thing also, have you tried with disabling CD-Drive's DMA?

What I meant was, that you probably have a guarantee on the game, easiest would be to just go back to the shop and exchange your game for one that works.
