[IMG] I was just wondering, What is the worst stats You have had on a maincharacter who completed BG2.
It could be quite funny to see who dared play with the most feeble piece of scum.

    EDITED HERE:

I Have removed the stats part as it wasn't meant to impress anyone. Just meant to get some suggestions.

As a dyed in the wool roleplaying powergamer my heroes never have bad stats. For several reasons: (a) they are halfgods, (b) they are heroes and (c) because you can reroll at need :D

well, I can't quite remember how he turned, cuz I apparently deleted him. Though my first mage wasn't anything special, somthing like 18 dex, int & cha

all the rest has been around 10 =)

    Priestress of Lathander

    Str 3
    Dex 8
    Cons 6
    Int 16
    Wis 18
    Cha 18

Actually that was accidentally... I started BG2, not knowing a thing about ad&d. I rolled 1st... the average score was 11.5, total was 69. I pressed reroll for curiosity, distribution changed, total was the SAME, average ofcourse was 11.5. Well, I thought, reroll is just for people who dont care about these stats and want computer to create a random character, nope I aint one of them. I distributed scores like i have posted above hoping, thats ok, 1st thing i will improve is my strength (oh, how wrong was i)...
I finished chapter one, spotted this forum and despite my great dissapointment when i found out the truth decided to continue with what i have... She can carry 5 pounds only...
I had heard that quests n BG was very hard to solve, i thought (wrongly) that in BG2 could be the same. Cha 18 promised hints to quests, priest of Lathander class promised to be loved by everyone and everywhere, so I hoped this would help me to advance in game fast enough. heh how wrong was i. charisma almost doesnt affect npcs relation to you. and being priest of Lathander also gains you no benifits.
And to my bug grief there are not enough god fighters in the game...
but thats ok. i think I will finish as I am. Some priest spells seems to nice.

HAHAHA, hey Kasio, I like your style, even though you didn't know your own (style) when you began playing BG2...!! ;)
HE, that reminds me of the time
I started playing BG 1. I didn't know mages were supposed to LEARN spells. I just gave them their scrolls in their quick item slots.
But soon, I didn't have any spells left. He, jsut plain stupidity I guess...!

Hm, I would say that's not stupidity, just laziness to read manuals...

Yes it's quite funny to remeber the first days of adventuring in the BG-series :)
I remember carrying all the loot (hence axes longswords) with me. Boy it took a lot of precious time... Especially when there is so much money to be picked up in BG2

I think Your Character takes the prize Kasio.
3 in strenght must be annoying. I agree it must be sad to come with 18 in charisma and then find so little use for it compared to the diffence of strenght 18 and strenght 3
    poor You :)

Actually I had the lowest stats the first time I played bg2. I just hadn't noticed the recall button, and I also put almost all of my points in int, and char, although i was a fighter ;)

I remember when BG1 first came out- like, two days after- I was fiddling with it at my friends computer. I've always been a roleplayer, not much of a powergamer.. but still. I started a ranger, with these stats..

    STR: 4
    CON: 2 (elf. ;))
    DEX: 5
    INT: 18
    WIS: 18
    CHR: 18

*groan* Great ranger, huh? He could hardly lift his sword. =/ *sigh* Ah, those were the days....

What made you distribute your stats that way for your ranger??? A hangover???

Can you even have your dex that low for a ranger?? Isn't the min 12 or something??

Definately Some kind of LSD-trip. :D
No that can't be enough... That ranger has eaten too much fungus.
It takes some talents to beat that Princess of the woods in poorness

Perhaps the computer She(sorry about the gender mistake. I apologize) created the PC on had Hangovers too ;) It didn't know that part with 12 in dex

The actual P&P ranger requirements are:
    str 13
    dex 13
    con 14
    wis 14

But everytime I say someting from P&P it seems to be diffent in BG-series

*stares at stats* I know that's what they were... I really thought it was a ranger? Could it have been a paladin? But paladin's require strength... mmm... It was either a ranger or a paladin, I know that. It would have made some since if I'de done something smart like made a cleric/mage, or maybe even a bard... but then, it couldn't have been a paladin, because she was an elf.. god, it's been too long since BG1 came out. ;) =P

And, I'm a she.. and I wish I *WOULD* have been hungover. It would have made some since, at least... but instead I was just totally insane. =/
