I'm trying to load my game and all that happens is my screen scrolls off to the right side, I can't scroll left for more then a fraction of a second. I've tried other games and it's worked fine, but I really don't want to loose this one b/c I just got the the elven city after Drizzt wailed on Bhodi. Can anyone help me on how to fix this? Thanks

[Please read the Rules/FAQ about making topic titles descriptive. I'll fix it this time, but you can do better next time.] -Tal

My suggestion is to save off the save game files/folder, deinstall and reinstall...

Try installing the latest patch, if that doesn't work, you might want to do as stated above.

and Drizzt can whack the vampires all alone without help, so if this is your only concern, you could reload and play that part again

Thanks for the help, but the problem fixed it's self after I rebooted my comp. As for the Drizzt thing that wasn't a concern at all, I don't even really know why I posted that.

[IMG] For future reference, my computer has done some whack things before with BG2, even soemthing similar to what you described. But it's always fixed itself, just have to do two things.
1)Don't reboot right away, instead hit Alt and F4 at the same time, this will minimize your game, but not shut it off completely, then bring the game back up.
2)If that fails then you should reboot.
Definately save that drastic uninstall/reinstall as a last resort :D
