Ch2 Shadow Guild Quest

    They tell me to find something about Mae'var, and I cant find a darn thing. I searched whole bar area and found nothing. There is one chest I can unlock, but I am not sure how to open it other wise. So can someone tell me where to find the dirt on this guy?? Another question, can I do Nalias quest without her in my party??

    you do a series of quests for him first, then eventually things happen that might help you get stuff...

    It's not recommended that you do the D'Arnise Hold without Nalia, it is her home after all, and she knows her way around, but it is possible.
    As for Mae'var, go talk to him downstairs and he'll direct you to Edwin upstairs, do his quests (all pretty easy) and he'll tell you where to find what you are looking for.
    btw, first you have to say to the shop keeper that you are there to see Mae'var, he'll look at the letter and you can go into the back.

    I suck at this, I did the first quest and he tells me to go to edwin, and I can find edwin anywhere, I tried all 3 levels of the guild/bar/whatever. Am I blind or what??

    if you do the hold quest with nalia, you get 10k gold, if you dont, you dont get any money from her.
