    As if we needed another reminder, the world is a dangerous place, and you can find violence and terrorism without much effort.

    My heart goes out to the victims and their families. I may be strident and judgemental, I may have little patience for enabling liberal silliness, I may be a big believer in what some refer to as "traditional values" but I sure as hell am not a believer in criminal violence of this sort, that targets innocent people. They say Islamic militants probably did it, but all I can hope for now is for any further such attack to be stopped before more families lose their sons, daughters, husbands, wives and parents. It's disgusting.

    Here in the Philippines, we had our share of bombing as well. Just had a bus bombed yesterday afternoon. While not as large as the Russian airport bombing incident, the casualty count is still something to be concern of. 4 deads and 14 wounded, one was reported to had lost a leg. We had a small number of bus bombing in Southern Philippines last year in areas that were known to be rebel infested. But this time around, it was right in the middle of Makati City, the financial center of the Philippines.
