The inspiration for this thread, dedicated to monster (or even player) attacks that are just...wrong, for one reason or another, came from Chrono Trigger. Lavos's (the end boss) second form starts the battle with an attack where it opens up a couple of chest compartments and shoots lasers out of them. Because of the perfect placement of these panels, no matter how many times I see it (and I've beaten the game dozens of times by now) I cannot shake the impression that this thing is flashing me! :jawdrop: As if some woman wearing a trenchcoat in a dark alley just suddenly pulled it open. Except Lavos is nothing like a woman.

Okay, your turn. Let's hear what attacks bug you for any and all reasons.

In Mario RPG (snes), there was a female boss whose boobs would jiggle everytime she attacks or something like that. It was so freakin disturbing to fight that battle. And there are children playing this game for christ sake, and I would have thought that Mario games wouldn't put up with this kind of material.

Any D&D attack which is not in accordance with the rules for the enemy's race, class, level, abilities etc. It would still be okay if the enemy were somehow exposed as very special or twisted in that regard and the attack were smart and balanced. But overpowering the player with illegitimate number tweaking is bad.

Gynoug (or Wings of Wor as its known in the US) - the designers must have been fascinated by the 'male member'. I am not joking when I claim that most of the bosses attack you with large phalluses.

Check out the very last screenshot on the link below:

IIRC, Angela, the mage character of Seiken Densetsu III (Secret Of Mana 2) shakes her behind and blows a kiss as a special move in one of her available classess.
