I have a bunch of them and only found one use for one.
Upgrade the horn. Is that it? No other need for them other than to sell them for cash?

    Also...
Can that guy upgrade any other horns? I have another but he doesn't say anything about it.

He can upgrade the horn of valhalla as well as the horn of blasting. Diamonds ect.

Cespenar uses a beljuril in one of his upgrades. keep it.

    Cheers.

    Thanks.

I had the Horn of Blasting (the one from the Red Dragon Cave) but when I talked to him with it in my inventory he didn't give me a dialog option to upgrade it.

    I'll try again tonight...

Beazlebub. What does the Horn of Blasting get upgraded to?

I don't remember Cespy needing a beljuril for anything. Is this regular or mod needs?...

What does Cespenar require the Beljuril for? I'm pretty sure he doesn't use one.

I've talked to Cespenar with the Horn of Blasting in my inventory and he didn't say anything about being able to upgrade it. Care to enlighten us as to how this is possible?

It was the guy in Waukeen's Promenade (SoA) who upgraded the one horn (twice). It doesn't seem to care about any other horn other than Horn of Valhalla.
