Best program to play OGM media files

    I think the title is pretty self explanatory. So what is the Best program to play OGM media files ? :p Yeah and I mean video files, btw.

    Never heard of that extension, but VLC player usually plays anything and everything. I'd give that a go.

    IMO, ZoomPlayer does it the best, but you also need to get codecs from their homesite. Simply visit their homesite, download the free-version of the player, and get from "Decoders" -section the necessary codecs.

    In the case of OGM, you will need OGM, OGG-Vorbis, and DirectVobSub. On the go, you might as well download Matroska, FFDShow, AAC, AC3, Xvid, and MP4. Just create a folder named "Codecs", install the files there, and forget all about it.

    VLC is unbeatable. The codecs are built-in.

    VLC might not be the best player, but in ease-of-use and amount of codecs it's unbeatable.

    VLC alone can play almost any media file - add in Real Alternative, Quicktime Alternative and Media Player Classic to get an almost unbeatable combo.
