    Just wondering how this thing works...

    How many pages can you turn before it ends?
    What's the max level of spell can you get?

    Can you get a level 9 spell? ;)

    I think the highest level spell in the book is 7th level (and if IIRC, it's Spell Turning). I don't know if there is any randomness in terms of what page it will be on when you acquire it, but I think there are only 9 pages.

    Just don't turn the last page, for you will be stuck with a low level 1 spell. Can't turn back afterwards.

    It isn't random. These are the spells:
    Fireball
    Invisibility
    Prot from Evil
    True Seeing
    Farsight
    Spell Turning
    Wyvern Call
    Stinking Cloud
    Lightning Bolt
    Burning Hands

    I am not completely sure, but I think this is the fixed order.

    Sometime you can get some really good spells, once i've reached a Delayed Blast Fireball and Power Word Stun:)But it's very hard to get something really nice from this book. Bout Fireball is also a good spell;)

    [​IMG] The book is good if you have only a few advanced spellcasters.
    I used it not so often, because I had a lot of advanced spellcasters in high level when I got the book.

    It is a very good book, use it wisely.

    How do you turn the page? Does it have to be in your quick slot to be able to turn it?

    You just place it in your quick item slot, then right click it in the game screen. Then you will have two options, cast the spell chosen, or turn the page... :)
