Can you recharge wands?

    [​IMG] Yeppers, when you rest at an in use the 'options' tab and choose, 'plug in AC adapter for wand' this will fully charge the wand in 8 hours.

    Your character can't, but for some reason, shopkeeper's seem to possess this remarkable ability - i.e. if you sell your wand, then either steal it back or buy it back, it has astonishingly recharged.
