    [​IMG] grrr whenever i try to log in to your chat room it tells me my password is wrong.. however it is the same password i just used to post this message.. and the !place is telling me a different name all the sudden... any one know how to fix this?

    The chatroom logins are completely separate from these message boards. The passwords are not necessarily the same, and your nickname may already be taken by someone else out in the chat world since #sorcerers is just another channel in the world of chat channels.

    is strange cause was working today and then all of the sudden it wasn't??? How do i secure a log on id and password then?

    I assume you're using the java applet chat client supplied here on Sorcerer's Place. If you go to the chat login page:

    http://www.sorcerers.net/chat.php

    Scroll down a little; under the grey square is a command reference and the first one is how to register your nickname...

    BTW this topic belongs on the Whatnots board, so I'll move it there after you respond, or after a little while if you don't respond...
