Clearing auto-complete list in Internet Explorer

Hope this is a simple question:

How do I clear out the list of items that Internet Explorer remembers when I am entering words into a field? For example, addresses, usernames, and search boxes.

Even better, is there a way to selectively delete certain items? For example, I'd like to keep my username coming up automatically but it would be nice to clear the hundred items that come up when I start typing in a 'search' box.

 

Go to control panel. Then to internet options.

Then you want the 'content' tab. In there is a box for personal information with a tab called auto complete. Click on it and it'll bring up a box. In that box click on the tab that says 'clear forms'.

Also, in the main internet options bit, go to the general tab and click on the 'clear history'. That should remove all remembered web adresses.

 

Or, when the options in the search thingie comes up, you can just scroll down to them and press 'delete'. That should solve your problem.
