    What's all the commotion about? It's only my AAS. :bad: I've still got another 2-3 years for my BS degree.

    Thanks though!

    AAS = Associates of Applied Science. The degree's official name is AAS in Computer & Electronics Engineering Technology....or CEET for short. My bachelor's degree will be Electronics and Communications Engineering Technology...or ECET.

    Total cost for both degrees is approximately $88,000+ :eek:

    I'm a bottom-feeding manufacturing grunt. To be qualified for my job, you need to be able to speak at least a little broken Engrish, and be able to repeat the same (or similar) task a million times... :doh: My other job is at Target, and to be qualified for that job, you need to pass a drug test. :p

    I've been trying to get in to line maintenance at my work for over 3 years now. (Hopefully, I'll be able to score a job now that I've got my degree)
    That is a side of my field that I could do for a few years. Even though 90% of their job is swapping out bad circuit boards, they do occasionally fix robots...and *that* is what I'd truly love to do.

    So I hope that answers both of your guys' questions.
