Crash at startup

    Heya.. I've been trying to run HoW since it was released, with no luck. After trying to load (previous IWD save or new,) the game crashes with a code error, same one every time.

    Yeah, I've installed several times, waxed windows, tried with/without the IWD patch, etc.

    I've been looking for references to similiar problems here and elsewhere, but I'm not having any luck. Wonder if I should exchange the disk..?

    Thanks for your reply. There are a couple of similiar problems identified on Interplay's site, but I have tried their suggestions...

    I have to delete the temp folder after the crash. Then it loads maybe 15% of the game and bombs out, filling up the temp folder again.

    I'll go exchange it and post if it works or not..
