    Hi all.
I was wondering if someone could help me by telling me where i can find a program that allows me to create my own races and characters. i know one probably does not exist and it is more complicated than just editing the stats but if possible could someone show me where the program, or a tutorial, is please.
    Cheers

You could check SP IWDII section, might find what you're looking for. There is one modification that gives you more skillpoints and feats per level. Dramatic increase, mind you. I belive a feat or even two every level.
Other than that, cheats might help out as well, in-game everything.

There is no possibility to create a custom class. You can edit your characters via DaleKeeper 2 in order to obtain abilities not normally available to your class, but that is technically cheating. Therefore, I strongly suggest that you finish the game with its standard limitations first.

The D&D 3 system on which IWD2 is based allows for a great variety of highly customised character builds. If you wish to explore those possibilities, you can ask for non-standard character advice in this forum. I'm sure people will appreciate yet another opportunity to boast their awesome characters   :p

There's a strong chance that if you simply write what you want to get, someone will know how to make it within the original rules - well, maybe not everything, but most of it.

I've written tons of such suggestions myself, so I guess I should be able to hand you something right away.
