[IMG] Help needed, I don'T know how to put my custom portraits into the game folder so that I can use them in game.

I tried putting them into 'Portraits' folder but it did not work. When I select 'custom' in the portrait selection, there is no portrait to select.

Can'T I use the same portraits used in my BG2 games? Or do I need to do something?

Please inform me step to step, I will be grateful!
Thank you for your patience and helpfullness!

[IMG] IWD portraits are of a slightly different size. See your manual for details.

    Sorry, I guess I just assumed. :o

Well, the small portraits should be a 36x58, 8-bit BMP. The large portraits should be a 110x170, 24-bit BMP.

Also make sure that you've exited the game before putting the portraits into the portraits folder. It won't properly recognize portraits put in while it's running unless you quit the game and restart it.

So I will put these custom portraits into PORTRAITS folder? Wait, was there even a folder like this? I am kinda confused.

Big thanks for your help Felinoid, see you around!

Yep, right in the portraits folder like any of the BG games. You may have to create the folder yourself, but I trust you don't need instructions on that.

Make sure the names are 8 letters or less, too.
