    [​IMG] I have made hack patches & hack equipment for other games and am good at it. I am NOT new to this stuff, never the less the directions I got for how to make custom portaits are HIGHLY inadequate. HOW do I do that? Maybe I am just used to the hacking techniques used for the other games I hack, and those CERTAINLY dont apply here. Whatever the case these directions stink...in my opinion. PLESE HELP!

    First take the portraits you want to change and turn them to bmps if they are not already.Then use an editing tool to change the dimensions of the large portrait to 210x330 and the small one to 42x42. Then create a folder in the icewind dale 2 folder named portraits and put what you have created there
