    I've recruited Daelan for henchman, and found out he refuse to fight, while others henchmen do it nicely, at least Tomi, Grimgaw and Boddynuckle... Any Ideas? Beside changing my video card?

    Daelan is boring IMO. He is too powerful in a game that is already too easy. I never use him couse its lame just standing in the back and watch the slaughter. :eek:

    What do you mean "refuses to fight"? I've used him throughout the whole game and he never "refused to fight".

    Anyway Gothmog4230, sure, he's overkill if your character is already one that can take on monsters toe to toe. But if you play a mage, he's the only feasible solution for the early levels. Either that, or resting every 2 minutes.

    Grimgnaw is cool at lower levels (i used him until he became too powerful) and even Linu can swing her mace pretty hard :D

    1. II know I can use other hencmaen, but I basically a sorcere, so I need a fighter beside me...
    He just stand without harming anybody, as if he use only parry mode...

    I also played a mage the first time through, with Daelan as my henchman. He never "refused to fight", in fact, I had the opposite problem....I could never stop him from engaging. The second time through I'm playing a fighter. In the early stages of the game, Sharwyn did nicely as my henchman, but towards the end of the Port Llast piece, every single battle ended up with me returning to the temple to retrieve her. Got tired of that in short order, so swapped her for Daelan, who's working out nicely. I don't think I've encountered a single situation where he hangs back and refuses to fight.

    I had problems with Daelan killing the werewolves before I could give them the amulets :p .
