Well, as you all should know by now I started with an evil party a while ago, but it's the first time ever i play as evil.
But now i'm playing too evil, cause i get the flaming fist after me all the time, and some people just attack me, so i can't complete certain quests.
So the question is: How can i play decend with an evil party without being attacked all the time, and is there an option to join the bandits?

If your reputation gets too low you're attacked by the flaming fist, the lower it is, the greater the chance for an attack.
Exact numbers should be in the manual.
So just keep your reputation up, you can increase it by donating at temples.

When you attack someone innocent usually anyone in sight turns hostile and if you chase and kill them others get hostile and so on.

Killing innocent citizens in public is not neccessary evil but surely insane or suicidal.

The real evil guys don't show how evil they are or at least don't get caught doing evil deeds. Sometime good deeds are done in order to disguise.

Keep your rep above 7 (iirc that's when FF starts showing up) and lower than 18 (when evil NPCs leave). To raise it, either donate to a temple or do a quest which the reward ups your rep points. To get it lowered, de-equip your weapons, go into a house and hit a peasant. It's best in a house, so others don't see and report you. Or get caught stealing from a shop you aren't going to be in again.

Try to find out those law-abiding do-gooders that are worthy opponents. Usually they might want you to do some goody-two-shoes quests for them. You can do the quest, and take the price for the work from their hides. 'Sleep lightly, taskmaster...'

This might lower your rep, but you can always make a donation in a temple...and then attack the cleric! The higher your reputation is, the more it will lower, if you do a bad thing. For instance, if your rep is 20 and you would accidentally  stab a cleric to death, your rep will lower 10 points (this should be in the manual), but if your rep is 10, it will lower 4 points to 6, if I remember correctly...

    Happy hunting!

I have never given so much to the god's before now, I am also playing my first evil party. I have to go to church all the time.

@ Ichor, never thought about killing the priest before, sounds like fun. Do they respawn or do you have to find a new church for the next time?

You have to find another temple. Not all of the clerics can defend themselves, but those guarding the temples in the frontier are quite capable to make a good fight. Especially if they have company.

If you are role-playing you don't need to show your "true-colors" until late when you are strong.

You don't find out your the 'Son-of-Murder' until Chapter 6 so there is really no need to go around murdering people until then even if you want to imbrace your heritage.

Think about evil in this light, it may help you out. Most Cops are evil. Most get away with speeding because a buddy of theirs clocked them over the speed limit. Politicians could also be evil because they use the government to benefit their own end instead of the interest of the people, etc...

Being evil doesn't mean killing everything in sight, that is more of chaotic neutral character who is totally insane. Most evil character use the law, their so called friend and even family to bring themselves more power or to protect their own lives.

You could be extremely evil but be good in the eyes of thos who don't know your true motive until, well it is too late.

That would make most evil characters Lawful Evil...wouldn't it? But if you're chaotic, or neutral evil, you can still be smart with it.

I found myself playing LE with my CE characters, but then I started to think it over. Murdering some prominent figures and an occasional well-built goody-two-shoes for the purpose of tilting the world into your perspective might be considered as a thing that an CE or NE person would do, be that person 'Spawn of Murder' or not.

Great, challenging battles bring glory and notority; fear to the hearts of the meek. Your version of the story is possible if no-one else is left to prove who started the fight. An evil person of great fighting prowess might be considered as a hero in later times.

If I remember the mythology correctly Heracles (or Hercules...) went killing people for minor slights even if he wasn't exactly a total loon. The same might be considered for Bible's Samson, a berserker if you've ever read of one. They might not be CE and they weren't NE either, but they sure are mass murdering psychos. Yet they are considered heroes worthy of legends.
