They are replaying this series on showcase even though it was canceled a couple of years ago. Has anyone else watched it? I think it is brilliant, funny and insightful and that is probably why the network cancelled it after two seasons. Most networks seem to like their viewers to watch crap.

Anyway, I'd be interested in anyone elses insights into this brilliant t.v. series.

It was a great show - it was quirky, funny, sweet and most importantly very different from the other shows out there. It was truly a pity that it was cancelled. I have the first season on DVD and the second season is on my Christmas list.

The official reason that it was cancelled was because the network decided to change strategic direction and target some other audience type - although this always sounded like pure B.S. to me. I think that it was just too different from the normal safe but dull dreck that makes up the majority of television programming.

The producers tried to get another network to pick up the series but it didn't work out.

Yeah, I loved that show. I think they stopped airing it here in the middle of the second season, so I haven't even seen all episodes. It's a real pity it was cancelled.

One of my favorite quotes from the show:
"Bad people are punished by society's law and all good people are punished by Murphy's law."
