To put it short: What stats do I need to get through the game as the ultimate speaker? I'm thinking that there are some checks against, say, your Wisdom, Intelligence or Charisma score at certain points. What do I need in those fields to beat the game's dialogue at a theoretical 100%?

Intimidate, Bluff and Persuade will be maxed, so I figure those checks won't be the issue. But, as I said, a certain ability score would probably trigger extra dialogue if numbering 16, 18 or something.

    Any suggestions?

I found a great walkthrough for Icewind Dale 2 with all stat and skill checks in the dialogue listed, and if someone knows of anything similar for Neverwinter Nights, that would be tremendous.

In the OC, you can ignore bluff and intimidate. They didn't exist until the expansions, so just focus on diplomacy and max it out.

I don't know what values you need for the expansions.

It's easy to figure out if you install the game without HotU.
Actually, I made a mistake. It is called "Persuade". Bluff and Intimidate were not introduced until HotU.
Just focus on Persuade for the OC and for SoU, or any module that does not require Hordes of the Underdark. If it requires only SoU or none of the expansions, you can be pretty sure you don't need Bluff or Intimidate.

Look at the manuals for the expansions, and see which skills are new compared to what is listed in the NWN game manual. If a skill is not mentioned in the NWN manual, it is probably nearly useless to take it in the corresponding campaign such as the crafting skills in the OC.

The ride for instance skill is completely useless in the non-premium modules. Only one of those modules used it.
