    Neither. Mordenkainen's sword is better then both and also a lvl 7 spell. :p
    But, if you really want to pick between the 2 :

    Djinni :
    59 HP.
    4 AC.
    THAC0 of 13.
    Chaotic good alignment.
    Saves : vs. Death - 10, vs. Wand - 12, vs. Polymorph - 11, vs. Breath - 12, vs. Spell - 13.
    No resistances.
    Spells : Shadow door, Globe of invulnerability, Protection from magical weapons.

    Efreeti :
    80 HP.
    2 AC
    THAC0 of 11.
    Lawful evil alignment. (so it will get hit by your cleric's holy smite if in the AoE radius, and turn hostile.)
    Saves : vs. Death - 8, vs. Wand - 10, vs. Polymorph - 9, vs. Breath - 9, vs. Spell - 11.
    125 resistance to fire. (so fire damage should actually heal it.)
    Spells : Fire shield red(cast on self when summoned), Fireball (cast centered on the efreeti when it dies), Invisibility, Flame arrow, Flame strike.
