    Another week down, I'm now about a quarter of the way through. Little to report once more as last week went just as expected. Was rather wet for the cycling bits, so the bike is absolutely filthy now. Some of that mud did taste rather odd...

    I'm also considering sticking the bike in for a service- the gears are a bit on the temperamental side, which is quite a pain when you start ascending a hill and can't change down gear. :rolleyes:

    Without further ado, here is the coming week:
    Running - 125 minutes
    Biking - 210
    Bricks - 3


    I suspect the recovery next week will be most appreciated.
