    [​IMG] Can anyone tell me why I can't get the embace the shadow door open. I am shotting the thing to the north and have moved the mirror to the west,but I can't get in.

    Somebody has to "embrace the shadow" so to speak. I may be wrong, but I believe a character of evil alignment has to step into the shadow. All good characters take damage when they do it.

    Actually, all characters who walk on the shadow get hit by unholy blight, no matter what alignment, and after it is done, the door can be opened. With an evil character it hurts less, but works with good and neutral chars too.

    Additionally, you need to be
    on the OTHER side of the door to open it. Therefore, you need to teleport there first using the painting upstairs.
