EOB Module Secret Level Help Needed

    My wife is playing through the Eye of the Beholder module and is stuck in the secret accessed through a trap door beneath the warden's office in the correction facility. She has fought through the entire level and now can't get out! Please tell me how to get her out of there, as she is very frustrated and does not want to revert to a much earlier save before she went down there.

    I'm begging you........

    You are aware there is a walkthrough, I assume? If that does not help, you might want to post the question on the NWN Vault EOB site: link

    I never went into the Ancient Dungeon (could not find the entrance), so I do not know how to get out.
