Exile series

    I just found out that the entire Exile series has been available as freeware for years.
    I played the first two games on the Mac back in the late '90s and enjoyed them, but I fell on hard times and never got around to buying Exile III or Blades of Exile, only getting to try the free trials.

    I'm downloading the games now, but my question is for anybody whose played them before. Since I haven't played either in almost fifteen years, and only played the Mac version should I start from the beginning and replay Exile I and II, or should I jump right to the sequels of Exile III and Blades that I never got to play?

    Exile I and II had a lot of replayability with different endings and different paths.
