    There was an explosion at around 6:00am today at an oil depot near Hemel Hampstead, in England.

    Not thought to be a terrorist attack, just a major unfortunate accident. Apparently the blast could be felt 40 miles away.

    It's very near where I work, one of my colleages form Hemel had his windows blown out. I could see the explosions from the plane as I flew into Luton last night, and not knowing any better, thought it must be fireworks.
