Me, I love the Spectator Beholder in the Saughain city. His dialogue is hysterical, even more so the part in the section-I-can't-talk-about, when you meet him again. Personally, if they'd given him a voice, in either game or exp, I would pick Andy Halleck, the guy who plays Lorne on Angel.

    Well, I simply love Neeber.
Though when the first time i played, when he asked me if I was gonna throw stones at him, I killed the poor lad. Heh heh

The guy who throws something and then disappears? It was really funny for me too. :D Not for everybody though: I heard that someone was after a big battle and had 1HP and Habib killed him

I thought the angry wife in the Coronet was amusing. I always make a point of starting that fight. Rumar is so whipped.

[IMG] Believe it or not, I just gotta love Saemon Havarian. Never, in any game, in any pnp game, never in real life, have I ever seen someone so totally dedicated to saving their own skin. He's just so funny, that I can't not trust him now, even though I know he'll betray me. Hoo boy.

Has anyone else seen Habib's second appearance? I went into a temple of Ilmater (dunno if there's more than one; it was the one in the Promenade) after the Asylum to cleanse Yoshimo's heart. Habib comes in and throws some coins at me (again causing 1-3 HP of damage)! This sparked a conversation with the temple proprietor, and he said that Habib is too ashamed to enter the temple due to his having been a thief, and so throws his money in. VERY amusing :D

I actually quite liked Lehtinan (sp?), the proprietor of the Copper Coronet. He always seemed to devious to me.

And the Thumb in the Sailor's Bounty. Something about the way he speaks just cracks me up.

What? You see the spectator again?! :p

I'd have to go with... The Pirate Lord... No matter who, how, when I talk to him... something hilarious comes from him. Especially when I let him talk to Minsc, "I think I'm actually stupider for having spoken with you! Stupider? More Stupid? BAH! TAKE THEM AWAY!" (or something like that :p

I liked Tiax. Just seems like he'd fit in as the US president. (Some day Tiax will rule the world, and all of you will bow at my feet)

[IMG] Well there are many, naturally. But one that hasn't been metioned who i find particularly wonderfull is Higgold (the theater dierctor, if you do the running the play house quest in the five flagons). Yeah i love that guy. Just something about the way he says "Bravo (clap, clap, clap) Bravo!" My so-called 'gaming chair' balance becomes ectremely unreliable whenever i hear him say that. Gets me every time :D

... my vote goes to Dradeel as well.

Assuming that I've got the correct character name, as I'm terrible with names.

The only thing that consistently makes me laugh anymore in Baldur's Gate II, with the exception of the odd Minsc battle cry, is Dradeel's tirade about bad doggie werewovles that chew on your toes while you sleep.
