[IMG] I want to share with you all what I've just invented because it came out nice and delicious. :D

-tomato paste (some 3-4 spoons per person, I guess)
    -(olive) oil
    -onion (1 per person)
    -apple (1 per person)
    -cumin to taste
    -allspice to taste
    -oregano to taste (optional)
    -some parmesan or other cheese

Chop the onion and heat the tomato paste with it, with also some oil and origan if you go for the noodles version (you probably don't want origan if you have it with rice). Chop up and the apple and fry it with the rest of the onion. Then mix the two in the pan, add some cumin and allspice to taste, and cover. Feel free to take more tomato paste. Stir and pour some water inside from time to time. Take some 10 minutes. Serve with noodles and grated parmesan if you like. Can do it with rice as well, I believe. Should be good with rice and meat, but don't take my word. ;)

Try if you dare. :D Or come up with something crazy of your own. ;)

Looks like sort of Christmassy spaghetti. :shake: I admit the apple and onion idea isn't mine. It's traditional here. As for joining it with tomato, that's an idea from a kebab place. :D

Sounds interesting. Is origan the same thing as oregano?

I think I'd like to try that recipe once you answer rev's question chev. I imagine that if you wanted to serve it with meat that pork would be a good choice. Pork and apples go very well together.

Right, right, oregano, sorry. :D Apparently, I used the French word. :shake: Thanks for the suggestion. :) I think you could also use beef and throw some Arab or Turkish spices in. After all, I ripped some of the idea off a kebab place. ;)
