    The Gibberlings Three

Sword Coast Stratagems II is a collection of mini-mods for Baldur's Gate II, affecting both Shadows of Amn and the Throne of Bhaal extension. Like its Tutu predecessor, SCS II is mostly a tactics mod, intended to make the combats in the game more challenging and interesting. Overall, playing SCS II shouldn't exactly feel like a whole new game - it should feel like the old game, but with your foes acting much more intelligently and realistically. Version 17 of SCS II fixes some problems identified in version 16, and updates the French translation.

Arrgh! Im angry at this mod!

It made my game near impossible, and I think they overdid it with those super yuan-ti's everywhere. Lots of cheesy stuff, bleh...

But I guess the mod wasn't made for solo play, especially ranger/cleric.

They also seem to have replaced some mage scripts in rather important/unique cases, with that of some standard scsII script. Those scsII scripts are really bad, always summon dark planetar who will HEAL you..!

Camel, as I recall, you have a lot of options with this mod to scale the difficulty. If you're finding it too difficult, perhaps a reinstall with less dramatic options is in order.

When I last played with this mod, I found that certain spells didn't work properly. Like free action from a scroll didn't prevent me from getting webbed. I'm not 100% positive that this mod caused the issue, as I had several installed, but this was the only one that mucked with spells, so it seems to be the most likely culprit.

Overall, it's a very nice mod in my opinion, though.
