Game Crashing Problems

    I need serious help here, my game keeps crashing at a very specific point. I have the 2 cd version of the game and it keeps crashing when I either try to enter the Warren of Thought or the Dead Nation Catacombs. This makes me stuck!!!!!!!! I have had no other problems whatsoever with the game. I am running XP but have had no problems up to this point. Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    i hope you didn't, coz the 2CD-version doesn't require a patch.

    No, I didn't. I think the problem might be with the cd, when the area starts to load, the CD spins then just stops. Does anyone know which area they are. Might try to copy the area to the cache dir. Please..... NEED HELP!!

    I just upgraded my rig. I did a fresh installation, did the patch, but I could not get past character creation. Everything just froze (hang). So I have to reboot. Also tried reinstalling it. Help please.

    My specs:
    Torment - 4 CD version
    OS - Windows XP Pro
    P4-1.8
    256MB RAM
    40GB HD
    GEForce 2
    On-Board Sound

    Does it help to turn off other programs that run at the same time? or Change the color depht? I Know extremist once spoke of this. Anyway remember that the patch does not work with the 2 CD version. Is your Direct X ok?
