    That would be Rugby LEAGUE, Barmy, not Rugby Union. The distinction is important given that both NZ teams are in UK at the moment. The All Blacks thrashed Ireland but the Kiwis got mauled by Great Britain.

    I never said it was rugby union...

    Plus, I heard about ANOTHER spear tackle by the AB's against Ireland. Surely they should now be warned about future conduct? Physical intimidation is just part of rugby, but Umaga and his bunch of thugs take it outside of the rules of the game IMO.

    Meanwhile, somehow, the Kiwis managed to THRASH the Kangaroos in the Tri-Nations final! Unbelievable. Barmy - maybe you should have put that money on the Kiwis after all.

    I'm still stunned by that result. Nobody beats Australia at rugby league, especially not in a final.
