Grog's IWD scripts

    I've been using Grog's IWD scripts for my chars. They are found on the download page for IWD on SP.

    Now I was wondering if anyone knows if these scripts cheat or not. Specifically, when I was in the vale of shadows and fighting the mummies that diesease you I noticed "Party recieved Item" appear after one of my chars was dieseased. I paused and then looked in their inventory and they had a potion of mummies tea.

    I can't figure out if the script pulled the potion out of my clerics potion bag and just transefered it to the person who needed it or whether it just cheats and creates the potion you need.

    If these scripts cheat then I don't want to use them anymore. Anyone happen to know? Or if they do cheat can anyone suggest some good IWD scripts that don't cheat.

    I like to turn off my scripts and micro manage my party for the "big" battles but I also enjoy just watching my party go at it on their own AI for the easier stuff.

    Grog's scripts seem to work very well but now I'm concerned that they are actually cheating.

    No, they don't cheat. The scripst is simply transfering the potion from one player to another. The message is just a by product of that.

    That's what I thought was going on.

    Let me take this opportunity to thank you for the hard work that obviously went into these scripts. They are very well written and seem to have an answer for any situation that arises. I'm often amazed at how quickly these scripts respond to specific situations.

    They really do add to the game.
