Having problems with leaving pocket plane

    I am having some problems with the leaving the pocket plane. I use Shadowkeeper extensively and have never had a problem but I am now unable to leave the pocket plane (I came in from Saradush to change my party).

    Will I have to reload shadows of Amn and Throne of Bhaal and start all over (I wouldn't mind but I just love using shadowkeeper) and play without shadowkeeper or is there some other reason for the bug?

    Please no comments on how using shadowkeeper is for wimps etc.

    Shadow Keeper can easily be the reason for any bugs you encounter since it is 3rd party modifying tool. You can't actually blame any bugs on the game as long as you use that util

    Shadow Keeper is almost always the answer to most bugs. I used shadow keeper majorly in SoA and I couldn't level up my characters. So I hardly use Shadow Keeper now.

    Reloading encounters the same problem.
    Do I need to reinstall SOA and TOB?

    make a backup of the savegames, and reinstall. If it still doesn't work, start all over with no use of 3rd party utils.

    You might poison your game with more 3rd party utils(fixes) though: http://members.home.net/mrkevvy/


    note: I don't support any of those, and think you should start over with no use of 3rd party utils

    if you edited your tob game via shadowkeeper while in pocket plane.. then yes your savegame is ruined. This, i suppose is your problem. Just load an unmodified save and if you can't resist the temptation just edit your game somewhere other than the pocket plane :)

    yes, SK with pocketplane is disastrous - i stopped using SK (apart from changing character colours) after hendak DISAPPEARED leaving me with unfinished quest and no experience!!

    So I can use shadowkeeper but not in the pocketplane. great. I was leveling all the npc's up to max to see if anyone other than Keldorn recieved any high level abilities that were not mentioned in the manual. I think I might have to go back to suldanessallar to get a clean savegame.
